ABOUT
Yann Viot is an entrepreneur, author, and an expert in behavioral transformation applied to organizations. A graduate of HEC School of Management, he has been working for nearly 30 years at the intersection of change, corporate culture, management practices, and technology.
After holding management positions in a deepTech start-up (sold to Nintendo) and several years of digital consulting, he founded Booxstorm, a lifelong learning platform for executives and managers, followed by Workissime!, a consulting practice specializing in cultural transformation and focused on engagement and collective ownership of change, with clients such as Hermès, Société Générale, Rolex, Auchan, Accor, Nespresso, Orange, Nintendo, Sharp, Sony Pictures, and others.
He is co-author of the Petit manuel d’accélération de transformation culturelle et comportementale (Diateino, 2018).
Convinced that behavioral skills are at the heart of sustainable performance, but that their development has so far been limited by traditional training and coaching models, he founded Coachbot Systems in September 2024.
His vision: to combine proven behavioral coaching methods, technology, and artificial intelligence to make behavioral coaching measurable, scalable, and manageable.
To develop, maintain, and upgrade its coachbots, Coachbot Systems draws on a broad ecosystem of around 20 professionals, including certified coaches, workflow automation experts, AI engineers, full-stack developers, UX designers, and behavioral specialists.
