The learning design, scripting, and sequencing of the coachboting (10 steps, 55 sequences) and the 1,511 data nodes that make up CoachMerlin were conceived and designed by a team of experts.
All questions asked during the coachboting were prepared by coaches.
Cohort support, a key driver of engagement and ROI, is provided by consultants and facilitators, partners of Coachbot Systems.
The role of AI in CoachMerlin is strictly limited to analyzing the responses to each question asked throughout the coachbot session.
